In Peschiera del Garda, in LocalitĂ  Boschetti, a hilly area with a wonderful view over the vineyards of Lugana and Lake Garda, we propose this wonderful single villa with important dimensions.

The property is developed on two levels.
On the ground floor we find a large open space with fireplace and large window overlooking the planted garden and from which you can enjoy a beautiful lake view. We also find a bathroom, boiler room and garage.
The internal staircase leads to the second floor where it was obtained an
apartment consisting of a large living room, an eat-in kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
From the living room you can exit to a terrace of about 60 sq m with a view of Lake Garda almost in its entirety.
On sunny days you can enjoy the entire Lake Garda basin from Bardolino to Salo'.

Peschiera del Garda is one of the most characteristic towns on Lake Garda: it overlooks the lower Veronese shore of the lake at the point where the waters of Lake Garda flow into the Mincio drainage and is completely surrounded by canals.
In fact, the historic center of Peschiera del Garda is bordered by walls named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017, which modified the natural course of the river.

The first settlements date back to the Bronze Age (typical artifacts have been found: arrowheads, swords, etc.). In Roman times Peschiera became an important center: there is evidence of Pliny the Elder and the name Peschiera. To facilitate connections, in addition to the natural route of the lake and the Mincio River, which allowed rapid communication up to the city of Mantua, in the Roman era was built, the so-called Gallic Way that connected Bergamo and Brescia to Verona, touching precisely the junction of Peschiera del Garda.
