Panoramic view on Garda Lake

We are located in Gargnano, in a hilly position, surrounded by green olive trees with a spectacular view of Lake Garda. In this splendid location we offer magnificent Villa covered in local stone; making the property even more unique is the ancient private Limonaia, also known as citrus garden.

The Villa is developed on four floors:

On the basement floor we find:
- a cellar with a laundry area.

On the ground floor is the living area, with:
- a spacious living room with stone fireplace and access to the porch and private garden;
- a separate kitchen;
- a bathroom with shower;
- a room, now used as a study.

On the first and second floor we find the sleeping area, consisting of:
- two double bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor, for a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

From each room there is a wonderful view over the whole lake, the atmosphere is typically Mediterranean, thanks to its olive trees, cypresses, oleanders... the tradition of citrus cultivation, and much more.

In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the lakeside promenade and the centre of Gargnano, with its elegant buildings, small shops and many lakeside restaurants.. Gargnano, the capital of Gardesana sailing, boasts one of the most beautiful historic town centers on the Garda Lake.
